Readloops is a reading tracking application that allows parents to log and monitor their children's reading habits. The service includes features for tracking books read, viewing statistics, and sharing reading history with others such as teachers.

3. User Accounts

To use Readloops, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

7. Third-Party Services

Readloops relies on third-party services to operate, including Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Google OAuth (optional sign-in), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and the Google Books API (book metadata). Your use of these features is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services. 8. Subscriptions and Billing

Readloops offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription billed at $2.99/month or $29/year via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand from your account settings. You may cancel at any time; access to Pro features continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes will not affect the current paid period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Readloops is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readloops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the application settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an update on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
